Welcome to Putt Lot. By participating in our hole-in-one golf challenge or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in their jurisdiction) to participate.

• By entering, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

2. Participation Rules

• Putt Lot is 100% skill-based with ZERO elements of chance or luck.

• Only one prize per participant per day is allowed unless otherwise stated.

• Once a player has selected and paid for a entry fee, you may not play at another entry fee level for 24 hours

• Putt Lot reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates rules or engages in misconduct.

3. Payments

• All participation fees must be paid in full at the time of play.

• Fees are non-refundable except in cases of operational error or cancellation by Putt Lot.

• Payment methods accepted are listed on our website or at event locations.

4. Prizes

• Prize amounts are as stated at the point of purchase or on-site signage.

• Prize money will be awarded, if applicable, via Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle, within 24 hours (Prize money will be paid on the spot 99% of the time).

5. Liability and Safety

• Participation is at your own risk.

• Putt Lot is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation.

• Participants must comply with all safety instructions and staff directions.

• Putt Lot is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, and materials related to Putt Lot are the property of Putt Lot LLC.

• You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

7. Privacy

• Personal information collected during participation will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

• By participating, you consent to receive communication related to Putt Lot events and promotions.

8. Modifications

• Putt Lot reserves the right to modify rules, terms, and conditions at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law
